IMPORTANT NEWS ~ DUE TO THE FINANCIAL TERMS THAT LAKESIDE CIRCUIT REQUIRE WHICH WE CANNOT AND WOULD NOT BE WILLING TO MEET THE ROUNDS FOR JULY & AUGUST AT LAKESIDE HAVE BEEN CANCELLED. FULL PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY FOR 18 TEAMS (MINIMUM) & 50% DEPOSIT FOR NEXT RACE IS TOO HIGH A COST TO BEAR OR RISK. WE APOLOGISE FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE BUT A FIGURE OF CLOSE TO £5500 WOULD BE DIFFICULT FOR ANYONE TO RAISE AT THIS TIME!! WE ARE REALLY SORRY & DISAPOINTED THAT WE HAVE HAD TO TAKE THIS ACTION OF CANCELLING A RACE AS WE WERE LOOKING FORWARD TO RACING AT A NEW VENUE BUT HOPE YOU WILL UNDERTAND OUR REASONS.
WE HAVE MANAGED TO BOOK A DATE WITH BUCKMORE FOR FRIDAY 17TH JULY 2009 AS AN ALTERNATIVE FOR THE NEXT ROUND WITH THE USUAL TIMINGS BUT THERE WILL NOT BE ANY RACE IN AUGUST 2009. WE APOLOGISE NOW FOR THIS BUT COMFIRM THE LAST 2 DATES IN SEPTEMBER AND OCTOBER STILL STAND. Thank you for you understranding and support. 18th June Round ~ Buckmore

Again a good grid of 19 karts on a warm June evening enjoyed a really great evening of racing with good clean racing aagin throughout the field.
Again it was neck and neck for the 2 J's JUMBLE teams with this month J's JUMBLE 2 taking the honours leading home J'a JUMBLE 1 by a full 7 seconds. Again very close and consistant racing. Well done to both teams. Third on track and 3rd in Class came FORD SQUAD. COMPRESSOR CARE scored a 2nd consecutive win in class to maintaio a 100% record in Clubman stretching their lead in the standings. 2nd in Class came O&S with TURBO TEAM taking the finla class podium position.
Another great evening commended by Alan the Clerk of the course for the driving and competetiveness

21st May Round ~ Buckmore

Wonderful Warm evening saw 22 teams line up for the first race at Buckmore for the season. Wonderful evening and a wonderful race ~ good competitive karting with some very quick drivers (best lap going to Compressorcare at 49.784s NO SLOUCH THERE) and the race winners and second being seperated by 0.88 seconds after 2 hours of very intense racing. Terrific stuff.....

Winners on Track and 1st in class came J's JUMBLE 1 with J'S JUMBLE 2 just less than a second behind. Third in championship class was the RACING SUMOS (4th on track) just 1 lap down from the leaders. Top of the CLUBMAN Class were COMPRESSOR CARE with some great driving having taken pole and fastest lap with a very respectable 3rd on track. GBE Racing were 2nd in the Clubman's with NDY Racing taking the final podium position in the Class.

Next Round is again at Buckmore on the 18th June again on SPORTS. We look forward to seeing you there ~ JULIAN
